Sharry Kitchell, RN
Nurse Injector
Sharry is an extremely skilled and gentle injector and has been serving at Cool Springs Plastic Surgery since 1997. She advises and assists patients in all areas of plastic surgery nursing, as well as in preoperative patient education, intraoperative care and postoperative care. She is highly proficient in the use of injectable fillers and Botox, skin care, chemical peels and microdermabrasion.

Natalie Copeland, ARPN, FNP-C
Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner
Natalie has spent her entire career in aesthetics, and has been injecting patients since 2010. Natalie quickly developed a passion for aesthetics and found gratification in helping her patients feel their best. Prior to working at Cool Springs Plastic Surgery, Natalie worked for Galderma where she taught doctors, NPs, PAs, and nurses injection techniques, best practices and the science behind the neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and collagen stimulators. Natalie prides herself on consulting with each patient to understand their needs and desired results, and creates an individualize  treatment plan to meet those goals. Natalie brings a unique mix of advanced education, real-world  training, and an eye for beauty to her list of discriminating clients who appreciate Natalie’s gentle touch and personalized attention. Natalie offers neurotoxin injectables (Botox/Dysport), dermal fillers, sclerotherapy, microneedling, dermaplaning and chemical peels.
